I’m Bill Osborne. I’ve been in residential real estate and new construction for 28+ years. After spending 6 years in the US Navy’s nuclear power program, I began my real estate career in Norfolk, Virginia in 1993. I have renovated turn-of-the-century Victorian homes and built modular new construction. I founded my first real estate company in Virginia in 1998 to provide military and working-class families with the same level of high quality service usually reserved for those purchasing more expensive homes.
